सहा
सहा · together, by design
Buildings that belong to the people who use them.
Sahā (सहा) is a Sanskrit word for 'together'. The firm works at the intersection of architecture, sustainability, and social development with the belief that design should improve lives, not just create buildings.
We design school, shelters and public institute in collaboration with the NGOs and communities they're built for.
Practice areas
Three ways we work

Institutional Architecture
Schools, shelters, creches, and museums, each designed to hold a community rather than just contain a function.

Adaptive Reuse
New purpose for existing buildings, without erasing what made them worth keeping in the first place.

Social Development
Architecture used deliberately, in partnership with NGOs and government bodies, as a tool for social impact.
Specialization
Building types we know well

Education & Training Centers
Schools, vocational institutes, and literacy centers built around real classroom hours and enrollment growth

Community & Multipurpose Centers
Halls, libraries, and gathering spaces that adapt as an organization's programs grow.

Emergency & Transitional Shelter
Shelter or temporary housing designed for dignified and durable living conditions.

Livelihoods & Cooperative Facilities
Workshops, markets, and storage built around the equipment and processes people use to earn a living.

Development Impact
Global Sustainable Development Goals we are a part of

Good Health And Well-Being
A core idea in our design is to have a positive phycological impact by creating a built environment that resonate with needs and aspirations of its residents. This creates an atmosphere which ensures long lasting sustained impact.

Quality Education
When developing education institutes we engage with not only civic authorities but also children, teachers and parents to understand deep rooted issues and build an environment which not only enables education but also create a long lasting ecosystem for encouraged and engaged education.

Sustainable Cities and Communities
We ensure the community engagement to build a sustained positive mindset and we also ensure that our work respects the local culture to create a sense of ownership and pride within the community. We also encourage adaptive reuse of existing infrastructure to ensure a sustainable development.
